Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Contact details you submit (email address, name if provided).
• Strategy submissions — the idea descriptions and parameters you send us for testing.
• Payment data — handled by our payment processor (e.g., Stripe); we never see or store full card numbers.
• Usage analytics — aggregate page analytics (visits, referrers, device class). We do not run cross-site advertising trackers.
• Correspondence — emails and form messages you send us.

2. How we use it

• To provide the service: run your tests, deliver Reports, respond to you.
• To operate the business: billing, support, fraud prevention, service improvement.
• To send you service emails (your reports, receipts) and, if you joined the waitlist, product updates. Unsubscribe anytime.
• To produce aggregated, anonymized statistics (e.g., "72% of momentum ideas fail testing"). These never identify you or reveal your strategy.

3. What we don't do

• We do not sell your personal data.
• We do not share your strategy details with other users or third parties, except processors below or where required by law.
• We do not trade user-submitted strategies for our own account.

4. Processors we use

Hosting and analytics (Vercel), form handling (FormSubmit), payments (Stripe), email, and cloud compute used to run tests. Each processes data only to provide their service to us.

5. Retention

Contact and account data: while your account or waitlist entry is active, then up to 24 months. Strategy submissions and Reports: retained so we can support you and honor refunds, deleted on verified request. Payment records: as required by law.

6. Your rights

Subject to applicable law (including Singapore's PDPA and, where applicable, GDPR), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and may withdraw consent to marketing at any time. Email support@quantassay.com; we'll respond within 30 days.

7. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards (encryption in transit, access controls). No system is perfectly secure; use strong unique credentials and treat email as sensitive.

8. Children

The service is for adults 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

9. Changes

We'll post updates here with a new effective date. Material changes will be flagged on the site or by email.
